We have lived at bloom for a few years, so I have seen the changes, and I feel James is doing great and changes are happening from what we had before. Keep up the good work, can't wait for the community garden.

The air conditioning is the only downside... Its almost not enough in the summer to keep the apartment cool, especially if you're cooking or having company over.
